Arch Campbell

Arch Campbell was Pulaski County judge in the 1950s and 1960s. Campbell made the decision to pave University Avenue with asphalt in 1955. A bust of Count Casimir Pulaski commissioned by the judge for the Pulaski County Courthouse around 1960 is today located in Julius Breckling Riverfront Park.
