Central Arkansas Library System

The Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) covers much of Pulaski County in Arkansas. The main branch of the Central Arkansas Library System is located in the River Market District of downtown Little Rock. This Main Library opened in the late 1990s at a cost of $13 million.
