The Arkansas Flotilla was a fleet of pleasure craft that cruised up the Arkansas River from Central Arkansas to the Port of Catoosa in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the dedication of the $1.2 billion McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System in 1971.

The flotilla was led by Charles T. Meyer Jr. of family-owner Little Rock company Meyer's Bakeries. Then-governor Dale Bumpers named Meyer the "Commodore of the Arkansas Flotilla." The flotilla's size waxed and waned as boats came and went from the flotilla, and grew as large as sixty boats. The flotilla departed the central part of the state in June 1971. It arrived in Tulsa on June 5, 1971. Meyer led the group aboard the fifty-seven foot Brown 'n Surf.
