George R. Mann was a prominent architect in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mann designed the Pyramid Place building, the annex to the Pulaski County Courthouse, the Gus Blass Department Store, the Arkansas State Capitol, the Turner-Mann House, the Gazette Building, and the Boyle Tower.
