Mary Beth Ringgold is the owner of Cajun's Wharf and Capers in Little Rock. In January 2007 she resigned from the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission over allegations that she misspent $141,000 of city money at her own restaurants. The commission hosted one party at Cajun's Wharf for $52,174 during the November 2004 Clinton Library dedication celebration.
