Homer Martin Adkins (1890-1964) was thirty-second governor of Arkansas, serving from January 14, 1941, to January 9, 1945.

Adkins was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas, on October 15, 1890. He attended Draughton's Business College in 1908 and later graduated from the Little Rock College of Pharmacy in 1911.
