'''Burge's Hickory Smoked Turkeys''' is a restaurant, party tray, and catering service at 5620 R. Street in Little Rock. 

Burge's was founded by [[Alden Burge]] who smoked turkeys for friends while working in the oil industry. He opened his first store selling barbeque in Lewisville, Arkansas. The store grew to include a mail order business. The Little Rock restaurant selling turkey and ham sandwiches opened in 1977. The Little Rock store is managed by Alden Burge's grandson [[Jack A. "Jay" Burge II]].
