Burge's Hickory Smoked Turkeys is a restaurant, party tray, and catering service at 5620 R. Street in Little Rock.
Burge's was founded by Alden Burge who smoked turkeys for friends while working in the oil industry. He opened his first store selling barbeque in Lewisville, Arkansas. The store grew to include a mail order business. The Little Rock restaurant selling turkey and ham sandwiches opened in 1977. The Little Rock store is managed by Alden Burge's grandson Jack A. "Jay" Burge II.
