The Arkansas Political History Audio Tour is a project developed for portable MP3 programs that allows downtown Little Rock visitors to listen to stories about particular locations along a walkable two-mile route. Sites along the route include MacArthur Park, the Pike-Fletcher-Terry House, the Junction Bridge, and Riverfront Park. The audio tour locations are painted on sidewalks. The project is funded by the Department of Arkansas Heritage, and chaired by Carolyn Newbern of the MacArthur Park Group. The script for the audio tour was created by UALR history professor James D. Ross.
