The Arkansas Flotilla was a 1971 fleet of pleasure craft that cruised up the Arkansas River to the Port of Catoosa in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the dedication of the $1.2 billion McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. The flotilla was led by Charles T. Meyer Jr. of Meyer's Bakeries.
