Ralph Megna
Ralph J. Megna is past project director for the $12 million Main Street Market in the Metrocentre Improvement District of downtown Little Rock. Megna was vice president of Renaissance Properties Limited, which developed the Main Street Market and the Arkansas Repertory Theatre. He was also president of the Apple Rock Computer Club.
Megna resides in Riverside, California, and is an expert on tax increment financing. He left Little Rock in 1989 to become project manager for the City of Riverside Development Department.
Megna is currently a consultant to the City of Little Rock's Midtown Redevelopment Advisory Board on the Park Avenue retail redevelopment effort, which replaces the defunct University Mall.
Megna's mother was special education professor Ada Jean Thompson at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
