Tuf-Nut Lofts

Tuf-Nut Lofts is located at 423 East Third Street. The building, a former blue jean manufacturer, was renovated in the late 1990s as part of the River Market Place Project by Moses Tucker Real Estate. Tuf-Nut lofts holds thirty-one apartments and the corporate offices of Candy Bouquet International. The building anchors the Tuf Nut Historic Commercial District, the smallest historic district in Little Rock.
