Lollie Bottoms

Lollie Bottoms is an agricultural bottomland near the Arkansas River in southwestern Faulkner County, Arkansas.
In 1880 one hundred African American sharecroppers established Lollie Plantation in the area. Children on the plantation attended the Julius Rosenwald School.
Lollie Bottoms is the site of a new $25 million Conway airport to be built beginning in 2011. The airport will have a 5,500 foot runway.
