Lafayette Square is a condominium, office, and retail complex in downtown Little Rock on Sixth Street between Main and Louisiana. The complex includes five renovated buildings: the Lafayette Hotel built in 1925, the Arkansas Building, the Kahn Building, Boyle Tower, and the former M.M. Cohn Department Store. The complex is owned by Tower Investments of Woodland, California.

Thirty condominium units ranging in size from 1,026 to 1,667 square feet are located on the five uppermost floors of the former Lafayette Hotel building. Sixty-four more condos in the other buildings are not yet complete.
