The Turner-Mann House was built for speculator Sue C. Turner around 1905. The home is in the Prairie Style made popular by Frank Lloyd Wright. One early renter of the home was architect George Mann. He purchased the home in 1913. Mann is architect of the Arkansas State Capitol, the Gazette Building, and the Boyle Tower. The house became a catholic school in 1957, not returning to its status as a private home in 1987.

The house is located at 1711 Center Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
