Arkansas Highway 300 in central Arkansas begins on the north shore of Harris Brake Lake in Perry County. It passes east and south of the lake, then turns straight east and passes through Pleasant Valley before joining with Arkansas Highway 113. The highway travels south with Highway 113 until its intersection with Tramm Road, turning east. The highway divides into two segments at [[Little Italy], both marked as Highway 300. One spur continues east for approximately three miles before intersecting with Ross Hollow Road, which follows the left bank of the Arkansas River. The other spur continues south and east through Monnie Springs, Roland, and Natural Steps before intersecting with Arkansas Highway 10 near Pinnacle.
