Lafayette Square is a condominium, office, and retail complex in downtown Little Rock on Sixth Street between Main and Louisiana. The complex includes five renovated buildings: the Lafayette Hotel built in 1925, the Arkansas Building, the Kahn Building, Boyle Tower, and the former M.M. Cohn Department Store. The complex is owned by Tower Investments LLC of Woodland, California.
