Winrock Farms is located atop Petit Jean Mountain in rural Conway County, Arkansas. The farms are famous for their Santa Gertrudis and Red Angus purebred cattle introduced by Winthrop Rockefeller in the 1953.
After Winthrop Rockefeller's death in February 1973 ownership of the farms passed to his son Winthrop Paul Rockefeller. Winthrop Paul died of cancer in July 2006. The farm is currently owned by Winthrop Paul's wife Lisenne Rockefeller.
