Rick Redden is principal and founder of AMR Architects in Little Rock, Arkansas. Redden is designer of the main River Market building and pavilions. Redden is a favorite designer of downtown real estate developer Jimmy Moses, who co-founded AMR Architects with Moses and architect John Allison in 1982. Their first project together was the Gans Building at 217 West Second Street. Their second project was the Tripp Building on Third Street. Redden is architect of downtown’s Arkansas Capital Commerce Center, 300 Third Tower, and River Market Tower mixed-use condominium complexes for Moses' real estate firm.
