Thomas A. Prince

Thomas A. 'Tom' Prince was mayor of Little Rock from 1985 to 1987.
In April 1999 his daughter Carson Prince died after jumping or being pushed from the truck of Stephen Allen Talley of Perryville. In 2004 Talley confessed to abducting Prince after her car ran out of gas in Maumelle, Arkansas.
