Second Friday Art Night is a gallery walk through the galleries and museums of downtown Little Rock. Second Friday Art Night is from 5 PM to 8 PM on the second Friday of each month. Second Friday Art Night began in March 2005 with seven venues: River Market ArtSpace, the Cox Creative Center, Historic Arkansas Museum, Amy Howard Richmond Fine Art Gallery, the Clinton Museum Store, Hearne Fine Art, and Oval Artist Management & Gallery.
The gallery walk is held on the second Friday of the month because the first Friday of the month has been occupied since 1989 by the Hot Springs Gallery Walk. Free transportation to each destination along the gallery walk is available aboard the River Rail trolley system.
