Roller Funeral Homes
Roller Funeral Homes is a family-owned Little Rock business comprising twenty-seven funeral homes, nine cemeteries, and two crematories across the state of Arkansas. Roller Funeral Homes was established by husband and wife team Denver Roller and Christine Nail Roller.
Roller began working in the state at McClure Funeral Home in Mountain Home in the depths of the Depression. The couple purchased the funeral home in 1941. In 1953 they relocated to Little Rock where the headquarters has remained ever since. Their first local acquisition was the Drummond Funeral Home. They added Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis and McNutt Funeral Home in Conway in the 1960s. The company later established the prepaid Assued Peace Funeral Plan.
Denver Roller died in 1985. Christine Roller died on September 20, 2006.
