Pickles Gap Village is a tourist destination on U.S. Highway 65 just north of Conway, Arkansas.

Pickles Gap was originally known as Adams Novelties in the 1970s. Adams Novelties was owned by Will Adams. Adams and local artisans made wooden crafts, toys, and games. Adams eventually opened a general store to sell the products. He also opened a petting zoo. The village shut down except for a real estate office at one point, but then reopened.

Today Pickles Gap makes fudge at the Pickle Barrel Fudge Factory. Gridley's Barbecue restaurant is now closed.

Pickles Gap is owned by Harold Helton and Bill Helton.
