Margaret A. Williams was Hillary Rodham Clinton's chief of staff. She is notable for accepting the campaign contribution of California businessman Johnny Chung in 1995. Chung gave Williams a $50,000 check while visiting the White House. Chung later came under an FBI investigation of Democratic National Committee fundraising.
