The Herbary or herb garden is located on the grounds of the Arkansas Governor's Mansion. The herbary was created by First Lady Betty Bumpers in 1978, and designed by Cinde Bauer Drilling. The garden is maintained by the Arkansas Unit of the Herb Society of America. The herbs are used in cooking and table decorations at the mansion.

The herbary is connected to the Parterre Garden to the east by a brick path.
