Edward M. Penick Sr. was president, chairman, and chief executive officer of Worthen Bank and Trust Company in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Penick began working at Worthen Bank in 1948. He became president in 1961, chief executive officer in 1966, and chairman of the board in 1974.
