The Downtown Navigator Program provides volunteer, street-side assistance to downtown Little Rock visitors. The program began during the Clinton Library dedication in November 2004, and is currently operating under the sponsorship of the Little Rock Downtown Partnership and the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Trained volunteers provide information on local history and geography, entertainment and dining opportunities, and local tourist attractions. The Navigators wear distinctive orange t-shirts and khaki pants.
