Arkansas Highway 319 connects Cadron Settlement Park in Faulkner County to U.S. Highway 64. The park is 1.5 miles west down Highway 319. The intersection of Highway 319 and U.S. Highway 64 marks the location of the community of Gleason. Conway's Roger Q. Mills Water Treatment Plant is found just west of the intersection.

A separate segment of Highway 319 begins at its intersection with Arkansas Highway 107 between Vilonia and Otto. The highway continues east through Ward and then south through Old Austin, ending at its intersection with Arkansas Highway 321 east of the Rolling Hills Country Club.
