Arkansas Highway 25 begins in Conway, Arkansas at Cadron Gap. It winds around the western end of Lake Beaverfork in Faulkner County heading north to Wooster. At Wooster the road turns northeast to Greenbrier. From Greenbrief the road heads north-northeast, to Guy. The road ends at Walnut Ridge in Lawrence County.
