Arkansas Highway 183 passes through Bryant, Bauxite, and Benton in Saline County, Arkansas. The roadway begins at its intersection with Arkansas Highway 5 in Bryant. It then travels due south, bending left on the east side of Bauxite and then passing west through the city. The highway ends in Benton. The complete route is no more than 10.6 miles in length, forming an irregularly shaped mirror-image "L."
In Bryant the highway is known as Reynolds Road. In Bauxite and Benton the highway is named Edison Avenue.
