Pleasant Valley subdivision

The Pleasant Valley subdivision of west Little Rock, Arkansas, was developed by William F. "Billy" Rector in 1968. It is considered the "largest single land sales transaction" in Pulaski County history. The subdivision is framed by the Pleasant Valley Country Club.
