The Enclave at the Riverfront is a $12 million apartment building adjacent to ALLTEL Arena and the Junction Bridge in North Little Rock. The Enclave contains 260 units. The building occupies the site of the former Jackson Cookie factory. The developer of the building is the Bomasada Group of Houston.
