The Little Rock Visitor Information Center opened in May 2002 and was first operated by the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau. On March 12, 2007, management of the Hall moved to the Quapaw Quarter Association after the Little Rock Convention and Visitor's Bureau indicated that it no longer had need of the facility. The Clinton School of Public Service had also indicated an interest in the structure for expanded classroom space, but found opposition by local residents.

The Little Rock Visitor Information Center is located in Curran Hall at 615 East Capitol Avenue in the MacArthur Park Historic District south of downtown. The visitor center is open 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday, and 1 PM to 5 PM on Sunday.
