The Clinton Public Policy Institute, now known as the Center for Public Philanthropy, is housed in Sturgis Hall, the former Choctaw Railway Station on the grounds of the William J. Clinton Presidential Center. Five "priority areas" encompass the policy institute's mission: "(1) economic empowerment of poor people, (2) racial, ethnic, and religious reconciliation, (3) health security, specifically combating AIDS, (4) leadership development, and (5) citizen service." It is funded in part by the Kellogg Foundation.
