David Alsobrook

David Alsobrook is the first Director of the Clinton Library and former Clinton Presidential Materials Project Director. Alsobrook was named director of the Library on May 5, 2004, but spent four years prior to his installation in charge of the organization and movement of documents, artifacts, and other media from the Clinton administration for installation at the Clinton Presidential Center. Alsobrook and his staff began creating finding aids for the collection in October 2000.

Alsobrook began his career with the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, DC. He is a veteran archivist of both the Carter and Bush, Sr. presidential libraries.
