Don Chambers

Don Chambers is director of the Argenta Downtown Council in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He is currently leading an effort to bring a sculpture promenade dedicated to dogs to the city. North Little Rock is often referred to as "Dogtown" after folkloric accounts of residents south of the river dumping unwanted strays on the north side of the Arkansas River.
