Pulaski Empowerment Zone

The Pulaski Empowerment Zone (PEZ) began offering tax credits to investors in downtown Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas, in January 2002. The PEZ also offers loans to small businesses. The PEZ covers 17.2 square miles, encompassing fifteen census tracts of both cities.
The current Pulaski Empowerment Zone Manager is Eyona Scott Mitchell.
