The Columbian Art Memorial Room inside the Arsenal Building in MacArthur Park has been the regular meeting room of the Little Rock Aesthetic Club since 1894. The Columbian Club of Little Rock met regularly in the room in the late nineteenth century in order to plan and raise funds for the the Arkansas pavilion at the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. At the fair's conclusion the Aesthetic Club was invited to meet in the room.
