Max Heiman

Max Heiman was the co-founder of the Gus Blass Dry Goods Company in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1871. The Gus Blass Department Store remained on the 300 block of Main Street until permanently closed in July 1972.

In the 1890s Heiman's residence was located at 710 West Fifth Avenue. Heiman was on the board of directors of the Special School District of Little Rock from 1903 to 1906. Heiman had a son named Jesse Heiman. Heiman is interred at Oakland Hebrew Cemetery.
