James Pitcher

James Pitcher (c. 1792-October 4, 1844) was the fifth mayor of Little Rock, and the first elected mayor of the incorporated City of Little Rock, serving from 1835 to 1838. Pitcher owned a store in the city.

Pitcher is interred at Mount Holly Cemetery.
