Lecont is a former post office stop in Gray township, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Lecont is located sixteen miles northeast of downtown Little Rock. The population in 1892 was approximately 50. The postmaster in that year was M. J. Henry. Henry was also a general store proprietor. A grist mill and cotton gin operated under J. A. McCain. A saw mill and cotton gin operated under J. W. Todd.
