The eighteen-story Tower Building is located at the corner of Fourth and Center streets in downtown Little Rock. It is easily distinguished from the old Tower Building of the former Little Rock Arsenal. From 1960, when it opened, until 1968 it was the tallest building in Arkansas. The exclusive Top of the Rock Club once occupied the eighteenth floor of the building. The Tower Building was surpassed in height by the twenty-one story Union National Bank Building.

A parking garage for the building is just to the east on the same block. The building had been the local headquarters of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) since 1961.

The Tower Building is marked at the street entrance as the Catlett-Prien Tower Building for resident firms Catlett Inc. and ??
