Postcard view of the Lafayette Hotel.

The Lafayette Hotel, erected in 1925, is now part of the Lafayette Square condominium, office, and retail complex in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, on Sixth Street between Main and Louisiana.

Standing on the northeast corner of West Sixth and South Louisiana streets, the Lafayette Hotel was the tallest building in Arkansas for one year. It was surpassed by the fourteen story Donaghey Building.

The Lafayette Hotel was owned by the Southwest Hotels chain in the late 1960s. Southwest Hotels also owned the Albert Pike Hotel, the Marion Hotel, and the Grady Manning Hotel.
