Street View of Stoby's in Conway

Stoby's Restaurant has been a staple of Central Arkansan cuisine since 1980. There are two current locations: one in Conway and one in Russellville.

The Russellville location is larger than the Conway location, and it is built inside a train bought from Southern Pacific. Stoby's is famous for its unique cheese dip, which can now not only be purchased at the restaurant locations in Conway and Russellville, but also at Wal-Mart Super Centers, Krogers, Harvest Foods, and other stores around the state of Arkansas.
