Marc Rich is a financier pardoned by President Clinton. His ex-wife gave $450,000 to the Clinton Foundation for the Clinton Presidential Center construction fund at about the time of his pardon. The timing of the donation prompted an inquiry by Indiana Representative Dan Burton.
