Park Plaza is the second oldest suburban shopping center in Little Rock. It is located in Midtown at the corner of Markham and University streets. The major anchor is Dillard's.

Park Plaza Mall opened in 1959. The first shopping center in the city was the Town and Country Center, which opened two years earlier. University Mall opened across the street to the south of Park Plaza in 1966.

Park Plaza was redeveloped as an enclosed shopping mall beginning in 1988. The mall had its grand re-opening in 1990.
