Kavanaugh Field was the first home of the Little Rock Travelers minor league baseball team. The field was established at West End Park in 1901. The field was named for William M. Kavanaugh, former team owner and president of the Southern Association, in 1915. The Travelers left the ballpark in 1931, and the property was redeveloped as Quigley Stadium at Central High School.
