The Tower Building may refer to one of two prominent edifices in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas:
- The original Tower Building (arsenal) is one of the oldest edifices in central Arkansas, and is all that remains of the original Little Rock Arsenal. It now houses the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History. The Tower Building was started in 1837 and completed in 1840, only four years after Arkansas achieved statehood.
- The eighteen-story Tower Building (office tower) is located at the corner of Fourth and Center streets in downtown Little Rock. From 1960, when it opened, until 1968 it was the tallest building in Arkansas. The building was originally financed by Winthrop Rockefeller to house his business office and other professional services firms.
