North Point was a post office stop on the Little Maumelle River in Pulaski County, Arkansas. North Point was located about twenty miles northwest of downtown Little Rock. The population of North Point in 1892 was about 35. In that year there was a wagonmaker here by the name of Patrick Fox. A saw mill, grist mill, and cotton mill operated under C. W. Clay. There were two general stores, operated by Dr. L. Baldwin and C. H. Hudson.
