Fitz Hill is president of Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Hill is a former assistant coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks football team and former football head coach for the San Jose State Spartans. Hill is particularly concerned about illiteracy in the Arkansas Delta. He is organizer of the [[Delta Classic 4 Literacy], an annual football game played between the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Grambling State University at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock. The event raises money for the Arkansas Literacy Council.
